Along with 20+ years working in Kitchens, I started my journey into sports science last year after a growing interest in the fitness industry and participation in strongman.
Over the past few years I’ve had to gain and lose weight multiple times including dropping 23kg in only 6 months (solely from exercise and nutrition). I’ve also been helping some family and friends with their fitness journeys and now feel I can bring this knowledge to a broader audience.

Our goal on this is to make things as easy as possible. But, while we believe in eating for fuel what's the point if you can’t enjoy it? so flavours will be a massive factor in our prep!

We will be looking for people to trial out meals at a discounted rate in the very near future.
(let me get Brits out of the way😅)
These will only be suitable for people who aren't fussy eaters and who are willing to be honest!
