✨ Meet the Team | Aakash ✨

Ever wondered who helps create the delicious main courses at La Dragon? Meet Aakash, one of the talented chefs working behind the scenes to bring your favourite dishes to the table.

Aakash joined the La Dragon team a year ago and has been busy in the kitchen ever since. When he’s not cooking, you’ll find him travelling, watching sport or listening to just about every kind of music. 🎶

We had to ask about his La Dragon favourites - and he chose two tasty options:

🌶️ Salt & Chilli Ribs
🥢 Singapore Chicken Chow Mein

And his drink of choice? 🥃 Whisky

This time we’re heading behind the scenes to introduce one of the people helping create the dishes you know and love - meet Suraj 👨‍🍳

Suraj has been part of the La Dragon kitchen team for two years and you’ll mainly find him busy preparing the starters that get your meal off to a great start.

When he swaps the kitchen for the great outdoors, Suraj loves hiking and travelling and he’s always keen to explore somewhere new whenever he gets the chance.

And his own La Dragon favourites?
