The Laird's Table at Craufurdland Estate is looking for a Senior Chef to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef looking for more responsibility while enjoying a better work-life balance than many hospitality roles.

Our kitchen delivers:
🍳 A busy all-day restaurant menu
🏰 Castle afternoon teas and private dining
🍽️ Pre-booked group lunches and dinners

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience in a senior kitchen role
✔ Loves cooking with fresh ingredients
✔ Can help lead a small team
✔ Has great organisational skills
✔ Wants to be part of a growing family-run business

What we offer:

We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible in the restaurant and across the wider estate ♻️

That’s why we’ve made the switch to mainly canned soft drinks rather than glass bottles. Cans are easier to recycle, have a significantly smaller carbon footprint compared to glass and reduced transportation costs.
