Completed my allergen training tonight. โ
I genuinely believe this is something every food business should take seriously.
As someone who suffers from severe allergies myself, I know how important it is for customers to feel safe when ordering food. With ingredients and recipes changing all the time, itโs vital that businesses stay up to date and understand how to manage allergens correctly.
