Pizza Padana.

Goats cheese spinach and onion.

Pizza Calabrian.

Calabrese sausage, salsiccia piccante, nduja, Fior di latte, and Roquito peppers.

Ravioli con saliccia e b***o nicciola.

Hand rolled egg pasta , Pietros pork sausage, whipped mascarpone, 24 month aged Pecorino Romano , served with toasted butter and crispy sage.

Pappardelle Al ragu di Stinco di Bue

Hand made pasta, tossed in an 8 hour slow braised beef shin, enriched with red wine, aromatic herbs and finished with aged Parmigiano-Reggiano.

For fresh pasta, hand made on the premises? Fresh sourdough pizza ?
