Some traditions never go out of style. 🌿

Tucked in our wood shed you’ll find a proper Jaques of London croquet set — the same family firm that’s been making them since 1795. Set up the hoops on the lawn, pour something cold, and settle in for a slow afternoon of friendly (or fiercely competitive… we don’t judge) croquet inside our 1762 walled garden.

Sleep in a dome inside the old walled garden of Lawrenny Castle.

Stone walls from 1762 around you, and Garron Pill just a short walk away.

Check the tides and safety first, then head down for a BBQ by the water, a wild swim or a paddleboard.

When you’re done, walk back up through the woods to your dome. Light the wood fired hot tub or slip into the outdoor bathtub. Estuary day. Cosy night.
