An all-day restaurant specialising in authentic wood-fired pizzas, quality coffee and local produce is now open in Keynsham. Housed within one of the original factory buildings, the restaurant is styled with bespoke furniture, salvaged light fittings, iron work and reclaimed decorative items to create a stripped-back industrial feel. B Block transforms from a coffee spot serving breakfast and auth

entic pizzas by day to a stylish restaurant by night, offering customers everything from a power breakfast, leisurely lunch, coffee and cake to evening dinner and drinks. We're open on Sunday's for breakfast between 8am-11am, and for Sunday roast dinner only between 11am-3pm.

This week, we are celebrating Rasa’s 10 years of service with St Monica Trust! 🎉

Rasa started her journey with us at Garden House, Cote Lane, where she joined as a Catering Assistant. When The Chocolate Quarter opened, she moved across to Charterhouse, continuing in her role as a Catering Assistant.

Fancying a change, Rasa decided to take on a trial shift at B Block Café - and the rest, as they say, is history! She was there from the very beginning, helping to open the café, and here she is 10 years later, still going strong.

Today, Rasa is one of our Senior Baristas, supporting and providing training across all our cafés, helping create content for our social media, and being an invaluable part of the team.

After 10 years, it’s safe to say that Rasa has become part of the furniture! ☕️❤️

Congratulations, Rasa, and thank you for everything you do. Here’s to many more years! 🎉
