Not just helping the business grow, but helping to write the story.

When I put an advert out for staff, I thought it was going to be the biggest challenge the business faced. How can I grow without help, but how will I ever find anyone that cares as much as me?

Ella, Serena and Olivia have stepped into their roles with such diligence, flexibility and straight up hard work. They each bring something special to the business, and every success I share on this journey is possible because I have the right people helping me achieve them. You're all awesome ❤️

2 days, 4 pitches, 5 staff, 27 hours work, 260ish pints of milk.
•
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't anxious heading into this weekend. I care so deeply about my little business, and feel extremely fortunate to employ people who seem to care as much as me. This is not a sustainable way to spend a weekend, and to my little family that have accommodated my absence, I am indebted. To every other person that supported us this weekend, either in person or from afar, I appreciate you.
