Thank you all for a fantastic weekend 🙌🏻. You’ve kept us busy and we are so grateful.

Many of you will have met Daisy who has been with us since opening. She’ll be having a few days off next weekend and will be busy swimming the Channel 🏊‍♀️ raising money for the Young Minds Matter Charity. If you would like to support her and this amazing charity please see the link below 👇.

Four young people will swim the Channel in a relay in August 2026 to raise funds for YMM. Daisy-Mai Crossman, Billy Cyl, Katy Halford & Rachael Carpenter will take on 21 miles of cold water & strong currents to support young people’s mental wellbeing

Solar eclipse-12/8/26 THANK YOU 🫶🏻

We opened for our first evening of trade and boy did we have fun.
The atmosphere and community support is exactly why I don’t want a bricks and mortar building. Our container, as rustic and unconventional as it is, means that we get to be apart of the community, the event, the experience, and with that you get to be apart of ours.
You see the chaos when it’s busy. drinks being made, hear the drone of grinder, the blender, the banter as we work through the orders. You don’t get that with the normal set up.
I love that we are in a random spot, one that you wouldn’t expect to see a cafe, a professional set up but not the norm.
When we finally swing the containers into position across the road and sit between the tree lines, the hope is that we can keep our relaxed vibe, the quirky festival type space where you can chill and watch the sunset, the swifts and bats darting across the evening sky. It’ll be a space you can escape to and breath.
That’s the vision guys. I hope you’re on board because I’d love for you to join us on the journey.

We will be open this evening from 6-8, come and join us for drinks and watch the solar eclipse.
We have a few pairs of eclipse glasses 🕶️ for customers to borrow too 😎.

We’ve added a few more savoury options to the Bagel 🥯 menu. The open tuna melt is 🤩.
