This is a Korean mixed rice bowl topped with shiitake and chestnut mushrooms, edamame beans, sweetcorn, pak-choi, carrot & cucumber oi muchim salad, bean sprouts served with gochujang sauce, toasted sesame seeds, fried egg & a choice of:
