Firstly, thanks to all my family for getting me my new . I have been waiting to give the gozney a go for a long time and it was everything and more I expected it to be. The perfect portable oven with great heat retention!
I already want another one! So excited to continue the pizza journey with my new Roccbox!

Finally got to Margate to try out .

It's been on my list of places to hit up.

Me and my chief dough tester aka little Oscar, had the Palm pizza special.

Fennel sausage, broccolini and Nduja.

It was an absolutely massive 20inch New york style!

Loved the mix of flavours and will 100 percent have a go myself with this mix again.

It was a cool shop and the playlist was on point with some old school bangers.

Not out till Saturday but they kindly let me try there new Palm Pizza Larger. For me it was a perfect pint. I had to get another one to take home!

Everything about the place had a cool vibe, from the decor to the guys front of house.

Even better I got a sticker for my mini scales.

We will be back and it was a perfect way to finish with a dip in the sea just 2 minutes away.

Some well over due pizza making.

Pizza sauce - mutti polpa, these are my favourite tomatos to use

Dough - room temp 24 hr. Caputo flour never let's me down

Cheese - diced low moisture mozzarella

Cooked in koda 16.

Last weeks pop up was amazing!

A little diffrent to normal due to a flour delivery issue but lots of people to please, so the show must go on as they say.

I found strong white flour (which I have never used before) but I'm so glad I did! A little heavier than normal but it had a fantastic flavour. I'm looking forward to trying more flours from them.

Again thank you to all the regulars and all new customers trying my pizza!

Still testing myself and continuing to try to perfect my dough!

Delayed post, but I finally got to at to try their 'Notorious Pig' pizza! It's been on my hit list for ages. I still need to visit and too. Anyway it was great to finally get a and it certainly didnt disappoint!
Hoping to visit their others stores to try the Grandma slice, following their amazing trip to New York. A trip for pizza heros!
