Crème Brûlée

A dense velvety custard gelato complemented with a burnt caramel cream and tiny shattered shards of sugar crystals that give you that satisfying crunch of a classic Crème Brûlée.

Salted Liquorice
Just two flavour ingredients balanced to perfection 😋
Liquorice, too much and it’s too intense, too little and you loose that unmistakable bitter kick.
Salt, too much and it’s unpalatable, too little and it adds nothing.
Knowing how much to add and how much leave out comes from days,weeks,months and years of churning and learning.
Sometimes less is definitely more ❤️
