Most supermarket coffee is older than you'd think. ☕

By the time it reaches the shelf, it's often been roasted months earlier — sitting, degassing, slowly losing the very flavours you're paying for.

We do it differently. Small-batch, freshly roasted, then rested just long enough to settle — so what reaches you is coffee at its best, not its blandest.
