There’s nothing quite like sitting outside with a rack of our low & slow smoked baby back ribs on a sunny day.

Sunshine, fresh air, and proper Texas BBQ… there’s not much better.

Our brisket is what we’re famous for, smoked low and slow until it’s packed with flavour. If you’re visiting the Lakes this summer, make sure Pappy’s is on your list.

We’re only a small smokehouse, so we’d always recommend booking ahead especially on sunny weekends, as we do fill up quickly!

PAPPY’S IS HEADING TO LIVE FROM THE GRILL

We’re properly excited to announce that Pappy’s Texas BBQ will be joining the line-up for Live From The Grill on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August at Depot Mayfield rooftop, Manchester.

Two days of fire cooking, live music, DJs and some of the strongest chefs, restaurants and pitmasters in the country, all high above the city.

For us, this is exactly what BBQ is all about. Smoke, fire, big flavours, good people and bringing proper Texas BBQ to a bigger stage.

We can’t wait to get cooking.

Manchester’s biggest rooftop cookout is here!

We’re proud to be joining Live From The Grill on 29–30 August at Depot Mayfield, in Manchester. Alongside some of the UK’s best restaurants, food traders and pitmasters.

Expect two days of live fire cooking, incredible BBQ, live music and smoke in the air.

We’ll be bringing our authentic Texas BBQ from the Lake District to Manchester and we can’t wait to see you there.
