A whole Aberdeen Angus Cross sirloin, dry aged for 42 days to concentrate its flavour and develop exceptional tenderness. The outer crust protects the beef throughout the ageing process before our butcher carefully trims it away, revealing the beautifully marbled meat beneath.

What a wonderful welcome we’ve received at Scott’s of Kelso this evening! ✨

After a fabulous afternoon ride through the stunning Scottish Borders, the ladies have freshened up and are now looking forward to a well-earned meal together before tomorrow’s early start as we head on to join Dumfries Cornets Club

A huge thank you to Scott and the fantastic team at Scott’s for looking after the Eventful Riders and Zara’s Planet Riding Holidays groups so beautifully. Their warm hospitality is second to none.

Nestled in the heart of Kelso, Scott’s is a much-loved Borders gem, combining a French-inspired bistro with an outstanding deli and butchery, showcasing the very best local produce from Border farmers. From exceptional meats and charcuterie to carefully selected wines and seasonal dishes, it’s a true celebration of great food and local craftsmanship 🧑‍🍳
