As Louise comes to the end of her final week with us, we would like to thank her for everything she has given to the Whisky Capital Inn.

Louise has been part of the hotel’s story since long before the “Comm” became the “Cap”, and her hard work, commitment and genuine Highland hospitality have made a lasting impression on our guests and locals alike.

Whether she was needed in the kitchen, behind the bar, early in the morning or late into the evening, Louise was always willing to step in. Her warm and welcoming nature has been an important part of the character of the Inn, and she will be missed.

We hope she now gets to enjoy a well-earned rest before taking on her next challenge. We wish her every success and hope she will remain a familiar face at the Inn, albeit from the other side of the bar!
