As the doors close on 8th August, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
To every customer who walked through our doors, supported us, recommended us, and chose to dine with us over the years—thank you. You made this business possible, and I will never be able to put into words how grateful I am for every bit of support you’ve shown.
To my amazing staff past and present, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you for your loyalty, hard work, commitment, and friendship. You gave your all every single day, and none of it ever went unnoticed or unappreciated. You have been the heart of this business, and I will always be proud of everything we achieved together. This isn’t goodbye—our friendships will continue long after the doors have closed, and I’ll always have your back.
To Peter Cullen and Son Catherine, thank you for your kindness, patience, and understanding throughout this journey. Your support has meant more than you’ll ever know, and I will always be grateful for everything you’ve done.
To my wonderful mum and dad, thank you for always believing in me, encouraging me, and being there through every high and low. Your love and support have been my foundation, and I couldn’t have done this without you.

Looking back, I’m filled with pride—not just because of the business, but because of the incredible people it brought into my life. The memories, laughter, friendships, and support we’ve shared are something I’ll treasure forever.
