After 10 years trading & 5 years in our beautiful shop… I have made the incredibly difficult decision to pass our shop space over to lovely new tenants. (Keeping this to myself has been hard).
The industry has changed so much since I first started baking back in 2016.. & so has life in general. This was never just a business to me, it was about making others happy, following my heart & building a career that genuinely brought me day to day joy. I’m a huge believer in following your dreams but sometimes dreams evolve & when that happens, you have to find the courage to embrace something new.
I have had the time of my LIFE building this business… made so many amazing friends, made cakes for people I could only dream of meeting… & been part of so many people’s memorable, special occasions. Knowing this will forever make me happy & I’ll always be proud of what I have achieved.
I can’t fully put into words what this past 10 years has given me.. but those who know me, know just how much this business has meant to me. It has shaped so much of who I am and I feel lucky to have spent so many years in a career I’ve truly loved.
Thank you SO much to every single person who has supported my dream over the years & helped bring it to life. To my family, friends, work colleagues, customers & fellow suppliers who have made this journey possible and so enjoyable; thank you. I’ve loved every second of it.
What a decade it’s been. An unforgettable chapter in my life.
