Our mission is to deliver incredible food and this starts before you even book your table with our commitment to quality. We NEVER use frozen meat or fish - for example, our chicken is all served "bone and skin on" so you know it's fresh. We use 27 day matured Gran Reserva quality steak and all of our meat, fish, and vegetables are sourced seasonally. On the subject of seasonal foods - if it's not in season we don't serve it. We serve our food with only the best Italian wines - you won't find any other nation represented as only Italian wine compliments Italian food in that special and unique way we value. The Antico Experience is based on our belief that dining with us should be an experience that does not deserve to be rushed. We don't aim to turn our tables around five or six times a night - we believe that food should be savoured in an unhurried environment where you can relax with your friends, family, or lover and eat your meal the way it should be eaten; slowly and with an appreciation for the extra effort we put into making every dish perfect.
