New Decaf, New Retail.

From tomorrow, we’re switching up our decaf and welcoming Northumberland Coffee ‘s Kielder Night to the hopper.

Rich notes of molasses, soft red apple acidity, and a cocoa finish.

We’ll also be switching up our retail shelf from month to month, with a rotating selection available as whole bean or V60.

Day One.

Thank you to every single person who came down today. Seeing everyone through the doors still blows our minds.

An incredible amount of work has gone into this build. It’s been a huge learning curve and, without doubt, the most pressure we’ve ever faced.

Since announcing the move, so many people have chipped in and offered help. No matter how big or small, every bit has made a massive difference.

I doubt there’s a regular customer who hasn’t crossed paths with & while passing through Olive.

Without Josh & PBS we simply wouldn’t have opened today. Tools, ladders, speakers, cables, countless hours, and plenty of late nights and weekends spent helping us out in the shop.

It’s something we’ll never be able to repay. You wouldn’t be drinking our coffee without them.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and helped make today possible, all the girls have been amazing dealing with Sean flapping every day and running around trying to juggle both shops. I say it all the time but we really have the best team in the world.
