So here’s a sneak peak of another starter that will be on our Christmas menu.

You will have to wait until next week now for more teasers….

Plump, succulent king prawns nestled amongst tender leaf spinach in an indulgently rich, silky cream sauce, delicately infused with garlic, white w**e and a touch of nutmeg. Finished with a generous layer of mature cheddar and a golden, buttery Parmesan and herb crumb, then baked until gloriously bubbling, crisp and deeply golden. A truly decadent and luxurious take on a classic seafood gratin.

And yes it’s a completely Gluten free dish.
