Currently we are having our new premises fitted out. We have pop up cafes at St Peters on Tuesday and Christchurch on Thursday. We are about sustainable transport. Cycling as a way of improving our lives. Fun and leisure rides. Fitness, exercise and serious sport. The café will be a haven for parents and children, cyclists of all types. e or test your own fitness on the turbo trainer. Kids can race around Ipswich ring road to win the annual trophy. And always we will be open to suggestions, like secure cycle storage, cycle hire, competitions, cycle maintenance, led tours. Let us know.

In this strangest of times something wonderful has happened.

On Saturday I remarried, Rowland Howarth a gentle kind warm man who I had the good fortunate to meet at the cafe.

The cafe has given and continues to give so much love to me from all of you :) and I know it has given you many friendships and wonderful memories. Keep safe friends

Just wanted to check in with you all as today marks two years since we reopened at the Waterfront :) the children and I are doing well, clearly the death of Cliff continues to reroute our lifes.

We have such wonderful memories of the cafe years and you all hold such love and strength in our hearts.

Just wanted to wish you all a good September.

Unfortunately life has thrown another massive plot twist and I have had emergency surgery for a sudden hernia.

For me at the moment I need to take life gently and just be thankful for family and friends.
