Hosted in partnership with Coca-Cola, the family-friendly event brought supporters together for an afternoon packed with football themed fun, including games, an Arsenal nostalgia quiz and even the chance to play darts with the former Gunners midfielder ๐ŸŽฏ

Fans also enjoyed an exclusive Q&A with Ray, who shared stories from his Arsenal career, while the Premier League Trophy made a special appearance and proved a huge hit with guests ๐Ÿ†

Big bum? Mannings are delighted to announce the arrival of 8 chairs perfectly suited to the generously proportioned bottom. We are again grateful to the fabulous Emmaus-Suffolk charity shop. It's win win. We get furniture perfectly suited to the pub, of a far better quality than you could buy new on the high street, and a very worthy cause gets our money.

The hop crop is coming on nicely. Only planted in June this year, a hop plant felt a very appropriate addition to the Mannings garden. Now in full hoppy bloom, we should be able to make at least a pint or two of Mannens Uppa Dowen.

This professional dog trainer is a regular visitor to the Cornhill. He told us today that the town centre environment was an important part of his training programme, giving his canine charges the opportunity to experience all the conflicting sights, sounds and distractions. Just chatting to him for five minutes you could immediately see the difference in his professional approach, and this gloriously handsome pooch was absolutely captivated by his every word and gesture.
The trainer is Harrison Offord if anyone is interested in consulting him. We have his number on request.
