💧Stay Hydrated: Please make sure you're drinking plenty of water alongside those crisp pints of Aspall or Neck Oil. Our team will happily pour you a free glass of ice water at the bar, just ask!

🧢 Seek the Shade: Our indoor areas are a great escape if the midday sun gets a bit too intense.

🐾 Keep Pups Safe: We love our pub dogs, which is why we’d rather not see them out and about in this intense heat. Please keep them off the hot streets during the peak sun. If you’re doing a walk when it's cooled down and the temp is just right, you're always welcome to pop in for a free bowl of cold water.

A proper bit of local pride with a massive global twist to share with you all today ❤️

The Thomas Wolsey has officially gone international. Our very own Damon just received an official Certificate of Appreciation and a lovely personal letter from Mayor Teresa Harding... of the City of Ipswich in Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺

It turns out The Thomas Wolsey played a unique and pivotal role in launching their international "Bring Ed to Ipswich" campaign, helping them capture global attention and ultimately get Suffolk's own Ed Sheeran to head down under. As the Mayor put it, it was officially "Mission Ed-complished!"

We couldn't be prouder of Damon and the team for putting our St Peter's Street hospitality on the global map. Next time you see the boss behind the bar, make sure to congratulate him!
