Really Sorry guys but I’m Shut all this week while I try and get my back sorted. (John will be covering me at Hadleigh Market Fri and Taylor Wimpey event Sat)

It Went yesterday morning in a big way (L4/L5 pr*****ed discs). Can’t drive or restock or lift anything. I’m Occasionally hobbling around the house as that is about all I can currently do.

Fingers crossed getting some physio booked tomorrow Woodbridge Physio and will be back on the road next week for football tournaments Inspire tues/thurs, then Hadleigh market Fri and woodbridge Sat/Sun 🤞🤞🤞

Really sorry guys, but I’m writing this in EXTREME agony. My lower back (L4/L5) has literally just let go in a spectacular fashion. It’s looking like I may have to cancel all this weeks locations.

I’ll keep you posted, but for now I definitely won’t be at the Tidemill wed/thurs and possibly not Hadleigh Friday as I can’t even walk properly let alone drive the van.
I Might also have to cancel Sat at Taylor Wimpey Sudbury too. Really sorry for the let down guys.
