I've decided to do a weekly "Tree's Treat" to replenish the energy levels off all those Ipswich parkrun runners who work so hard on a Saturday morning. I'll be doing a different home bake each week so let me know if you have any requests?

Beautiful morning at Ipswich parkrun in Chantry park.
The sun was shining and the coffee was flowing. This will be a regular spot for me now, so if you fancy a refreshment after your run or hot drink while you spectate, then I’ll be by the start until 10am on Saturdays.
