The role:
• Full-time position
• Wednesday – Sunday working week
• Leading the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Creating specials
• Maintaining excellent food quality and consistency
• Managing kitchen operations, ordering and stock control
• Supporting and developing the kitchen team

We’re looking for someone who is:
