🥚 Beautiful selection of large duck eggs, hens eggs and wee quail eggs too.

🧀 Mayfield is a fairly mild, semi-soft cows milk cheese made in East Sussex. Similar to Alpine cheeses such as Emmental, it is creamy, sweet in taste developing to a full bodied fruitiness. Great melting cheese for raclette, fondue or brilliant extra special cheese on toast.

A couple of super fresh goats cheeses to tempt you this weekend.

🐐 Rocamador
small, and perfectly formed cheeses from the Perigord region of France.

A velvety texture with sweet, lightly nutty flavours that melt-in-the-mouth.

🥖 Great for grilling on sliced baguette or on top of a fresh salad with a drizzle of honey.

🐐 La Bouygette
Semi-soft, delicate, ‘shuttle’ shaped cheese from the Tarn region. Matured by wrapping in linen to give it’s textured rind, and topped with a sprig of rosemary.

🇩🇪 🇬🇧 A German / Devonshire collaboration between Quicke’s mature cheddar and Kraus’ alp blossom.

🏔️ This semi-soft firm cheese is made in Germany using the expertise of two renowned cheese makers to give a strong British cheddar with the alpine freshness of a mountain cheese.

🧀 The flavour has a nutty sweetness, with notes of straw and grassy tones. Freshly arrived and perfect as it is or use for grating and melting in toasted sandwiches .
