As Holly and Greta are going to be flying the nest at the end of August we will have two positions available.

Position 1: 2 days mid week and every other weekend 8-3/3.30pm (can be split into two positions). Wait staff but a level of flexibility is desirable.

Position 2: A Sunday from 10-2pm : suitable for age 16+ . Mainly helping with kitchen prep and dishes.

Candidates will need to be able to get themselves to the bus without the use of public transport.

Please email CV to [email protected] or via the page messenger stating which hours you would be interested in and give your availability.

No experience is necessary but you need to know your way around a kitchen, be able to communicate and know good hygiene practices. Previous waiting and/or kitchen experience is an advantage.

Happy to discuss options of splitting the shifts for the right person.

Busy bees at the bus today. Windows finally got a good clean now Ian is fit to lift the facing off, and the boys and I also did some weeding. Still got another day or two work left to do for some painting but it is looking tidier again.

A little last minute decision has been made tonight to close all this week. Ian had surgery on Friday (finally) and we don't have a big support network for childcare etc so staffing/childcare/family juggle is proving a total headache plus Ian needs support. I am putting welfare and mental health first and closing, apologies for any inconvenience but family will always come first for us. Open as normal on the 4th. January has been a tricky stinker of a month, hope the year improves. Stick with us!
