We’re doing things a wee bit differently today!

BREAKFAST: 9am–11am 🙌
Then it’s SUNDAY ROASTS: 3pm–7pm — pre-orders advised!

Whether you’re fresh as a daisy, hanging by a thread after last night 🍺🤣 or just can’t be bothered cooking, we’ve got you covered!

Breakfast menu below 👇 M will be at the grill from 9–11.

Well folks, apparently owning one food business wasn’t enough stress for this family, so our own wee Hollie has decided she’s launching a pudding empire from the van tonight 🤦‍♂️🤣

After what can only be described as a serious sugar-fuelled brainstorming session, she has created…

💣 THE H BOMB COOKIE 💣

A warm Kinder cookie topped with vanilla ice cream, crumble topping and chocolate sauce.

There is absolutely no nutritional value being claimed here. None. Zero. We’re not even pretending 😂

And before anyone asks where she gets ideas like this from… just look at her mother. Case closed 🤣

Now M may have made the tactical error of agreeing that Hollie can KEEP THE MONEY from every H Bomb she sells tonight 💷

So she’s already walking about like she’s on Dragon’s Den, discussing profit margins and probably pricing up a Range Rover as we speak 🤦‍♂️😂

So please come down, buy one and support our wee entrepreneur…

Although maybe not TOO many, because if she makes more money than M tonight we’ll never hear the end of it 🤣🤣

Proper old-school comfort food. Big portions, rich mince and fluffy tatties — exactly what Saturday night was made for.

Don’t hang about, though. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!

The FULL NORMAL MENU is running too, with burgers, wraps, loaded fries and all the usual K&M favourites ready to cause maximum damage.

Well folks, you’ve somehow dragged yourselves through another week and landed at Friday. Outstanding effort all round 👏🤣

This is our last weekend at Balgate Mill…

Now before the rumours start flying round the village faster than a Facebook post with “anyone know what’s happening?” on it, we said Balgate Mill.

Might not be our last in Kiltarlity 👀

Anyway, enough gossip. Onto the actual reason you’re here…

MUNCH.

🧀 MAC & CHEESE
Back again because apparently you lot have no self control when this stuff appears.

It sells out faster than M can say, “That’ll definitely be enough this time.”

It won’t be.

🌶️ CHICKEN & CHORIZO RICE
Dragged kicking and screaming out of the old Carse playbook.

A proper K&M classic from back when life was simpler and we only had one location to worry about 🤣

Well folks… this could be our final weekend in the village as our new adventure gets closer and closer 👀 We’re not saying too much just yet, but things are definitely moving!!

So, because M clearly hasn’t got enough to do already, we’re chucking in an EXTRA SHIFT on Sunday morning 🤣

🍳 SUNDAY BREAKFAST – 2 HOURS ONLY!
We’ll have Lorne, links, bacon, black pudding, hash browns, tattie scones and whatever else M decides to throw near the grill!

And more importantly… this is your chance to finally try the absolute legend that is the K&M BREAKFAST WRAP 🌯🔥
If you know, you know. If you don’t… Sunday is your chance.

Friday and Saturday specials are still being debated at K&M HQ. Mac & Cheese will almost certainly make an appearance, and after last weekend we’ll maybe just make THREE backup pans this time 🤦‍♂️🤣

K will also have the sweet treats on the go, because apparently feeding you normal-sized portions simply isn’t enough.

And then Sunday afternoon…

PLEASE get your pre-orders in early this week. Last Sunday went completely off the rails and we’d quite like to avoid staring into an empty tray of roast tatties while people are still ordering 🤣

Sunday at K&M @ Balgate Mill

Slight change to the opening hours today folks, we’re going 3–7pm!

Yesterday was absolutely MENTAL 🤣 You lot certainly know how to put the pressure on! Sorry to anyone who had a slightly longer wait than normal, but hopefully the munch made up for it. Massive thanks to everyone who came down ❤️

Now then… TODAY IS ROAST DAY!

And we need to warn you now, there are already a LOT of pre-orders in for the Roast Beef Dinner, so once it’s gone, IT’S GONE! Don’t be wandering down at 6:55 expecting M to pull a cow out the hat 🤣

🥩 ROAST BEEF DINNER
Roast beef served with roast tatties, mashed tatties, carrots, broccoli & cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire puddings and plenty of gravy… and there may even be a sneaky wee pig in blanket finding its way into the box 👀

🎄 XMAS CHICKEN LOADED FRIES
Roasted chicken breast in gravy loaded over chips, topped with pigs in blankets, Yorkies, stuffing and then absolutely drowned in even more gravy.

Basically Christmas dinner got drunk and fell onto a tray of chips. 😂

And then there’s pudding…

She’s threatening to make a couple of other sweet bits as well, but whether she actually gets time between feeding half of Kiltarlity remains to be seen 🤣

And we can’t wait to get that hatch open, get the fryers roaring and get the crack with you lot again!

Just one wee serious bit before we get onto the important stuff…

If you’re driving down to us today or over the weekend, please take it easy coming through Balgate Drive. There are loads of kids out playing around here and the last thing any of us want is an accident. ❤️

And when you arrive, if you could pop your car into one of the spaces opposite the van, rather than stopping on the road, it’ll help keep everything flowing nicely.

K&M IN KILTARLITY RETURNS FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY!! 🍔🍟

Well folks, to all the mums and dads out there… CONGRATULATIONS, YOU SURVIVED THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS!! 🤣👏

The darling children are heading back to school today, the cupboards might stay full for longer than 20 minutes and for a few glorious hours the house may actually be QUIET!

And it’s a massive day in K&M HQ as Hollie starts her new adventure at Charleston!! ❤️ We’re very proud… although M is currently trying not to think about how old this makes him feel 🤣

Anyway, it’s Wednesday and everybody needs something to look forward to, so here’s what we’re plotting for this weekend at K&M in Kiltarlity…

Well folks… apparently you lot really fancy a roast 🤣 We’ve already stacked the food order, so for the love of gravy, PRE-ORDERS ARE VERY MUCH ADVISED!

Today we’re giving you the afternoon off from peeling tatties, fighting with Yorkshire puddings and destroying the kitchen… K&M are doing Sunday dinner! 🍗

For £10 a box you’re getting:

🍗 Roast chicken
🥔 Roast tatties
🥔 Mashed tatties
🥕 Roast parsnips
🥦 Broccoli & cauliflower cheese
🫓 Yorkies
🥣 Gravy
👀 And possibly even some stuffing if M doesn’t eat it all first…

Yes, we’re actually serious.
