From Glasgow to Inverness and beyond.

Our roasting journey started in 2018 with a small roaster inside our Battlefield shop in Glasgow. As we grew, head roaster John moved north and built our dedicated roastery in Inverness, followed shortly by our shop.

Today, we source directly from smallholders and farmer cooperatives around the world to bring exceptional coffees to Grain and Grind and our partners across Scotland.
