CAFE V8 is Inverness' one and only truck stop which has been taken over by new management and is currently undergoing a full refurbishment inside and out. The family run truck stop will feature a full sit-in and takeaway menu freshly prepared by our chefs, using only local produce with meat supplied by Macdougall & Hastie Butchers of the Victorian Market, Inverness. Like many hospitality businesses right now, we are really struggling to find waiting staff especially.

Due to high demand and staff shortages, our restaurant opening hours have recently been reduced with only takeaway full time, so weโ€™re looking for the right people to help us get back to full service 7 days a week.
