Thankyou to everyone who's visited and made this a very busy weekend 😎 - The team are still in tonight and ready to serve up some very tasty, very FRESH fish suppers before having a well deserved day off tomorrow 💪🐟

So happy with our new range and to be back to our normal opening times: Tuesday - Saturday 4PM till 9PM with a slightly earlier close at 8PM Sundays and closed Mondays 😊

Massive thankyou to everyone from KFE who have helped us during this process, especially our hard working trusty engineer Keith who has put in a shift getting the range hooked up and ready to go!!

We ARE back open today from 4PM!
Although our delivery of Fresh Haddock is running a little late and so we won't have fish untill closer to 5PM!

Very busy day here at Hilton Chip Shop, we have had our old range removed and new one delivered. Still got a lot of work to do in order to get up and running but over all, things are coming together very nicely 💪🐟

Today is the day! 👀
Ignite Stephen Murray has been in carrying out essential internal gas upgrades and now KFE Ltd are here and begining to dismantle our old range!

Here is a quick behind the scenes look and goodbye to our range before the new one arrives tomorrow 😆

We will also be looking for a new enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team part-time so please share the news with anyone who might be suitable!

Just a reminder that we will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday this week whilst exciting upgrades are carried out at the chippy! 💪🐟

Some of you would have noticed the road and pavements being dug up outside our shop in recent weeks. This was to upgrade our mains gas supply so that we can install a bigger and better custom built frying range!

Tuesday - essential upgrades are happening to our inside gas meter and pipes! 😎

Wednesday - our old but reliable frying range will be disconnected and removed! (Pictured below) Will be very sad to see it go, it's at the heart of the business and has served us well!

Thursday - our New frying range arrives, with more capacity, more upgrades, new tech and new equipment! Then it will be fitted and tested.

Friday - we welcome everyone to what is sure to be a very busy night to come down, see our new kit and ofcouse sample some of the first fish and chips to be cooked in it! 💪🐟

We will post some updates throughout the week and give you a behind the scenes look 👀
