✨ Meet the face behind the cakes… Amelia! 🍰
Well folks… I’m afraid I can’t take the credit for the amazing baking you’ll find at North Gateway Café! 🤣
Amelia has been with us for over a year now. She started by helping me make scones, weighing ingredients and grating what felt like endless carrots! 🥕 But it quickly became obvious that she was destined for much bigger things.
Fast forward to today, and Amelia now bakes the full range of cakes you’ll find on our counter. That famous Chocolate Biscoff Cake that everyone raves about? Yep… that’s all Amelia! 👏
She has worked so hard to perfect her craft and has completely mastered our cake counter. It’s been amazing watching her confidence and skills grow, and she’s become such a key part of our kitchen team, often baking well into the evening to keep the counter stocked with all your favourites.
A huge shout-out to our Head Baker… and by Head Baker, I mean our only baker, because she does absolutely everything! ❤️
Keep doing what you’re doing, Amelia. We’re so proud of you!
