As autumn settles in, our menus bring together seasonal flavours, Scottish produce and a few returning favourites.

>Join us for lunch 12–3pm,
with 2 courses for just £18.95, or enjoy our
> Early Evening Menu from 5–6.30pm,
with 2 courses for £21.95.
>Our evening menu is available from 5pm.

From Munros of Inverness sirloin steak and Gressingham duck to Scottish salmon and monkfish, there’s plenty to tempt. And for something plant-based, our butternut squash and red lentil Wellington is a delicious autumn choice.

We’re very busy, so booking in advance is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Well… we might still be enjoying summer, but Christmas has officially arrived at The Mustard Seed.

We’re still making the most of the long summer evenings and the wonderful bustle of visitors in Inverness, but behind the scenes, we’ve been busy preparing for the festive season.

With just over 16 weeks to go, we’re delighted to finally reveal our 2026 Christmas Menu - after plenty of tasting, tweaking and fine-tuning, we think it’s rather special.

£27.95pp (Starter & Main) | £34.95pp (Three Courses)
Available Thursday 19th November – Christmas Eve.
12 noon - 10pm

Whether it’s a family get-together, a night out with friends or your Christmas work party, everyone is welcome at The Mustard Seed.

We’re already taking group bookings, with some dates filling up, so if you have a date in mind, we recommend booking early.

Christmas at The Mustard Seed… watch this space!

We’re still enjoying the lovely summer bustle here at The Mustard Seed, but behind the scenes, we’re already thinking about Christmas.

Our Christmas menus are being fine-tuned, and we’ll be sharing them with you on 1 September.

This year, we’re also giving the restaurant an extra touch of Christmas magic, with new festive decorations creating a beautiful, luxurious atmosphere - a wonderfully festive Mustard Seed and the perfect setting for your Christmas dining experience.
