There are worse places to call your office.

With beautiful walks around the Ardgowan estate and a stunning coastal path nearby I never get tired of these views. If you can, it's a great morning to be out and about, certainly before the rain arrives!

Also available we have a wide range of freshly made iced coffees, milk shakes and smoothies including our popular SuperBoost made with mixed red berries and acai or our Recharger made with fresh strawberries, banana and matcha!

Pick one up from our take away window and enjoy a leisurely walk through Ardgowan estate and onto the coastal path. It's the perfect day for it!

If you're in the area and fancy something different, pop into the iconic Wemyss Bay railway station - not only an architectural marvel but it is also blessed with sensational acoustics for an afternoon of live music this Saturday.

On a side note I've often thought the covered concourse would make an excellent all weather farmers market.
