Details on how we use and protect customer data on our online ordering service and our computer that’s used in the takeaway to take telephone orders. We only have information such as names, addresses and telephone numbers of customers from previously ordering, on a fully GDPR compliant and secure system that meets the requirements of the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We store no other data than this but if any customers would prefer us not keep this data, then please let us know when you call and we will happily delete the information once the order has been processed, keeping in compliance with customers ‘right to erasure’ procedure. We respect our customers privacy and would never share data with any other party for marketing or any other reasons. I am fully certified in GDPR and our staff, that work with our computer, have all been given the appropriate training on being completely GDPR compliant. As always, the full Privacy Policy and Disclosure of our computer services and online provider, Ginilab, is available to view on our app or online.

We are looking for someone to join our team 😃

Over 16’s only!

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 5pm until til 10pm.
Flexibility throughout the week is a bonus.

Duties will include general KP and front of house jobs.
Supporting the kitchen staff, dishes, answering the phone, taking orders and dealing with customers 😃
This job is in a very busy and fast paced environment so it would need to be someone that can cope with this type of job.
Rate of pay will depend on age.
Sink work and dishes are heavy going so serious applicants only please.

We are so terribly disappointed to be posting this but someone has made away with our lovely wee gift from a friend and valued customer.
This stone was hand painted, as a gift to us, for winning the Scottish Business Award for the first time in 2025!
We were so delighted to receive this gift and we were touched by the care and thought that went into making it! It has had pride of place on our counter ever since.

It is of absolutely no use or value to anyone but us 💔 and it means a great deal to us!
So if anyone knows where this may be or where it may have been dumped then please return it to us!

We get that it was probably a prank or something similar but it’s really, really not funny to us!
We don’t care how it gets back to us or who may bring it back…..just that it is returned to us please!
We have a post box on the wall beside our door that the stone would fit in 😃

A customer placed an order online last night but didn’t add a Calzone to the order when he made it. This resulted in him being rude and shouting at a member of our staff over the phone claiming we had made the mistake.
Even once he was told he hadn’t actually ordered a Calzone he continued to shout at our lad.

Now I get that hungry people can be angry people (Hangry) but we will not accept responsibility for a mistake that was not made by us and shouting at any member of our staff is absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated!!!
I called this customer to discuss the issue and I forwarded a copy of his online order…..that he made all by himself….that shows the calzone, he is so aggressively arguing over not receiving, was never actually ordered by him….he was rude and hung up on me!
Now, we can all make mistakes but if the fault has been proven to have not come from our end of the transaction then surely that is where the issue would end? No?
This customer took straight to Google and left a 1 star review which is unfair to our business as the fault didn’t lie with us!
We have reported this as a false review but, unfortunately, that doesn’t mean it will be taken down.

We DID NOT take any money for the calzone he didn’t order and the bill was to be paid in cash so it’s a false accusation to claim we took his money but didn’t provide the goods. The bill shows what he ordered and was to pay for…..if anyone can see a Calzone on this bill then please do let me know as I am baffled 😬

We always do our best to correct any mistakes we make and take full responsibility when it happens! If we mess up….we fix it as soon as we can!
Liability does not lie with us if a customer orders online, submits the order and then doesn’t receive the food they haven’t actually ordered.
We can only prepare and make what is on the order we receive.
It’s really that simple!
Aggressive behaviour towards any member of our staff will never, for any reason, be tolerated!
Very disappointing behaviour indeed 😣

So it’s officially over for Scotland in The World Cup but no matter who lifts that trophy at the end…..the world will still be talking about Scotland and its fans for years to come!
I am so incredibly proud to be Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and have been part of all the fun and excitement that the team getting that far has brought to Scotland!
