Not long to go now until Father's Day - a chance to thank those 'father figures' in our lives who do so much and go unsung most of the year!

We've got something special happening at the tearoom for the Fathers Day weekend - a proper hearty Yorkshire homemade Afternoon Tea.

Wi' decent butties, sausage rolls, sweet treats and of course a scone wi' jam n cream! You can even add a bottle of Three Peaks Ale to enjoy with your meal

On the Saturday there will be a thunder past from a steam train to make the afternoon extra exciting!

Numbers are limited for this unique event as our beautiful tearoom and visitor centre is only small - making it extra special for Dad.

All proceeds from the events go towards supporting the work of the Friends of the Settle-Carlisle Line so this is a gift with a conscious as well as a special treat

Not only can you use the Train to explore the Dales but the fantastic DalesBus is another wonderful way to get around the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Stopping just outside the station, it gives great links to villages around the Dales that don't have a train connection.
Timetables are available inside the Station and Visitor Centre.

Don't forget we do takeaway butties and coffee for the bus journey!
