Pushed the boat out today as we had a family visit to the Scott Kitchen.

Thai Mussels or smoked garlic mushrooms

Fresh Oysters with hot sauce or lemon

24 hour marinaded Rosemary and garlic roast lamb family style

Crème brûlée ( brûléed by our guest but no pics)

The very best of protein tonight at Scott Kitchen.

Excellent blue-lipped Scottish mussels from Premier Seafoods Ltd / kingcrab.co.uk with a 🔥 🌶️ Thai sauce and pickled vegetables.

Fillet steak with smoked garlic flavoured sweet potato mash and a homemade peppercorn sauce & Honey roasted parsnips.
