We are very pleased and proud that our very own Chloe has been named a finalist in the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) NITAa ( National Innovation in Training Awards 2026 as a rising star.

Chloe started as a kitchen porter has progressed through the business from Front of House to the main kitchen where with the head chef manages the kitchen service, food hygiene, rotas as well as training two young members of staff in food service and kitchen management .

She is currently being trained in food costing's and staff management to effective maintain a manageable kitchen wage bill.

Congratulations and well done Chloe. You are a rising star.
