An evening dedicated to one of the world’s most exceptional breeds, with each event exploring a different cut of Wagyu through a seasonal tasting menu shaped by Brayden Davies.
From richly marbled rib cuts to lesser-seen selections rarely showcased in this way, no two dinners are ever the same. Thoughtful wine pairings, tableside storytelling and a closer look at the depth and versatility of Australian wagyu.

50-day aged wing rib, roasted to perfection. Beef fat potatoes, crisp and golden. Proper Sunday trimmings, done right.
