Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
Today we had to remove our A-board after being asked to by the council for safety reasons.
To many people, it’s just a sign.
To us, it was our welcome. Our smile on the pavement. Our way of making someone laugh, tempting them in for a coffee, or simply letting people know we were here.
When you’re a small independent business, every customer matters. Every person who spots your sign, every coffee sold, every friendly face that walks through the door helps keep the lights on.
Losing something that helped people find us might seem small, but for businesses like ours, these little things can have a big impact.
So today we’re asking for something we’ve never asked for before…
