Here is one as a tribute for Romania’s birthday, the place where The Mik comes from.
A 200-year Transylvanian recipe that travelled from Dracula’s land 🇷🇴 all the way to the UK 🇬🇧… and still brings people together today.

This Romanian couple smelled the Mik from across the market and couldn’t believe it until they found us grilling it live.
