We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended our two-night Vegan Gourmet Experience at Everest Inn Hythe.💚

Guests travelled from near and far to join us for this special Himalayan fine dining event, and we are truly grateful for the amazing support, kind feedback, and wonderful atmosphere across both evenings 💚

From the very first canapé to the final course, it was fantastic to see everyone enjoying the carefully crafted vegan menu inspired by authentic regional flavours of Nepal. Our team and chefs worked passionately to create a memorable dining experience, and seeing so many smiling faces made it all worthwhile.💚

A special thank you to all our staff who helped make the evenings run so smoothly, and to every guest who shared the experience with us.💚

It’s one of the dishes people remember because the broth gives much more flavor than standard momo chutney. In Nepal, especially around Kathmandu, jhol momo is considered street-food comfort food and is hugely popular in colder weather. 🥟🥟
