I dont think anyone needs to be reminded of how shocking it was 12 months ago next weekend when Rick Thornton sadly left us and made his way to heaven, none more so than his loving family and friends. So after heartfelt conversations, and in remembrance of Rick, the family are asking anyone who wants to participate in a walk over one of Ricks favourite places they are more than welcome to join. As well as one of the nicest and most sincere mates you could meet, Rick was as we all know a loving family man and so this walk is not just for the physically fittest of people and can accommodate a wider age range where im sure there will be stories shared, smiles created and laughter heard throughout. So as it creeps towards the 1st anniversary since our angel grew his wings, we will be meeting at dovestones carpark at 12 o'clock on Saturday the 12th and have chosen The Trinnacle walk. also after the walk a few will be having a drink or two in the Queen ad in preparation for what will be a memorable Sunday the following day in the Queen ad.
