🌿 Last harvest of the year! 🍎🥕
A little bit of everything from the garden — apples, beets, chillies, lettuce, onions, and a few surprises hiding under the leaves. Grateful for what the soil gave us this season 🌱💚

🥖 Baguette Trial #5
65% hydration • 20h proof • 13 min at 240°C

Crisp crust, open crumb, and that sweet aroma only a long proof can bring. Each bake teaches me something new ✨

🥖✨ French Baguette – Trial #4 ✨🥖
250°C | 15 mins bake | 20 hr proof

Really happy with how these turned out — the crust is singing, the crumb’s getting closer to what I want, and that long proof gave it such a lovely depth of flavour. Still chasing that perfect baguette, but every bake feels like a step forward.
