Kimmy Kooks Pop up is offering take away specials from the penang menu this Friday and Saturday:

*Roti Jala- delicate net pancake with chicken or beef curry £10

*Roti Babi - Golden crisp bread filled with savoury mince pork and vegetables with chillis in Worcester sauce(non anchovy containing sauce available on request) if you want a gluten free version please check if we have enough gluten free bread in stock. £9

We’re a small, independent business with a small team, so we really appreciate your patience and understanding!

🍽️ Planning a takeaway?
Please try to place your order via WhatsApp before 5pm. This helps us manage orders and secure your preferred collection time.

From around 6pm, we’re usually very busy in the kitchen, so we may miss WhatsApp or text messages.

📞 If you haven’t had a reply, within 10 minutes, please call us on 01580 860200.

Due to the demand, we will now start the collection slots from 5pm with 9pm as the last collection slot.

For larger orders, please give us as much notice as possible. During busy periods, we may need to decline orders if we don’t have the capacity to prepare them to our usual standard.

30th Anniversary Weekend
Friday 18th & Saturday 19th September 2026

In August 1996, Jo Lee began serving authentic Malaysian Chinese (Penang Nyonya/Peranakan) home-style cuisine at The Royal George, Hurst Green, East Sussex, originally as Eurasia Restaurant, later becoming Eurasia Kitchen.

Over the past 30 years, many young people from Hurst Green and the surrounding area have helped make Eurasia a much-loved destination. We would be delighted to welcome our former staff back to celebrate with us.

A limited number of complimentary places for former staff will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We also warmly thank all our loyal customers and friends for their support over the years.

Every guest attending our Anniversary Weekend will receive a complimentary welcome drink as a small token of our appreciation.

We look forward to celebrating 30 wonderful years with you!

August is the Month of Eurasia

The Royal George, Hurst Green

Thirty years ago, in August 1996, Jo Lee began serving authentic Malaysian Chinese (Penang Nyonya/Peranakan) home-style cuisine at The Royal George, Hurst Green, East Sussex. The restaurant was originally known as Eurasia Restaurant, later becoming Eurasia Kitchen.

This year, August 2026, marks the 30th Anniversary of Eurasia.
To celebrate this milestone, August will henceforth be designated the "Month of Eurasia Cuisine."

Throughout every Friday and Saturday in August, The Royal George will be serving a selection of the most popular dishes from the original Eurasia menu, available for both restaurant dining and takeaway.

As part of our celebrations, The Royal George will host a special 30th Anniversary Weekend.

Since 1996, many young people from Hurst Green and the surrounding area have helped make Eurasia such a success and a much-loved destination for authentic Malaysian Chinese home-style cooking. We would be delighted to welcome back our former staff to celebrate with us.

A limited number of complimentary places will be available for former members of staff on a first-come, first-served booking basis.

We also look forward to welcoming all the loyal customers and friends who have supported Eurasia over the past 30 years.
