My aim is gather as much support for this cause as I can and use the backing of everyone to fight for the restoration of this hugely important part of our towns history.For 500 years The Falcon has been a social centre of this town and I believe it should remain that way!

A pale golden colour with a light haze and a soft white head. The aroma is packed with tropical fruit and citrus, bringing notes of passionfruit, mango, grapefruit and lime, alongside a subtle dank, resinous hop character. On the palate, it is juicy and refreshing, with bright tropical fruit and citrus flavours balanced by a gentle bitterness. It has a light to medium body with a smooth, soft mouthfeel and lively carbonation. The finish is clean and fairly dry, leaving lingering notes of citrus, passionfruit and a touch of resinous hop. Overall, it’s a bright, juicy and highly drinkable pale ale with plenty of hop character despite its ABV.

The flavour is similarly hop-forward, with juicy citrus and ripe stone fruit balanced by a gentle bitterness and a subtle resinous, herbal edge. It has a soft, smooth mouthfeel with moderate carbonation, while the finish is dry and refreshing, leaving lingering grapefruit and tropical hop flavours. Overall, it's an easy-drinking, highly sessionable pale ale with plenty of hop character despite its relatively low ABV.

A classic English golden ale with a pleasant floral and earthy hop aroma, backed by soft bready and biscuity malt flavours.
