We're blessed to have some amazing staff here at B**rhouses Pubs. You'll probably already know the bar staff but behind every great bar team is a great head office and it's here where you'll find Kipper! Kipper's been here since 2001 and is in charge of paying people and keeping the office running smoothly. She can also be found every other week at The Accu Stadium calmly explaining to the ref why he's wrong from the stands 😅

Kipper celebrated her 30th (or thereabouts) birthday recently so we brewed a b**r to celebrate! Kipperoo's Raspberry Blonde now pouring at your favourite local pub 🍻

On Friday we welcomed Will from The County B**rhouse for the very first Battle of The B**rhouses Pubs as he went 5 rounds with our very own Ryan putting traditional b**rs up against modern b**rs.

Both men fought hard, both men put forward an incredible selection of b**rs, both men made jokes at the others expense, but alas there could only be one winner. Congratulations to... Will! Traditional b**rs narrowly beat Modern b**rs by 3 rounds to 2. There were some incredible selections on both sides and we think this event really showcased why a good balance of traditional and modern b**rs is important in any great pub.

Thank you very much to everyone who attended and made the event so lively, and a big thanks to Will for helping out with the event and putting on such a great show. See you at the rematch 👀

Not long until the grand Huddersfield International Crisp Festival and our sister pub County has some lovely events on as well as over 50 snacks

If you've noticed alot of our events have already sold out so if you've missed any then get booked into County's events, there's lots of snacks, b**r and quizzing to be done over there

It's not just the crisps that have been arriving thick and fast for The Huddersfield International Crisp Festival....the b**rs are pouring in too!

Packet In from Thornbridge brewery is a Red IPA that we went over to Bakewell to brew. Designed to pair with meaty crisps like Taste of Game's Grouse and Whinberry.

Kirkstall Brewery have brewed Saratoga Springs for the festival. Named after the town in New York State where crisps were invented. The b**r works really well with spicy flavours.

From Duration we have Crisps, lovely with crisps!
