Bit late, I know, but we had food trader issues for the weekend that needed resolving. Anyway sorted now. The wonderful Umami Cartel have stepped in to save the weekend!!

Umami cartel brings punchy sauces, high heat hibachi and Mexican soul.

Chef/owner comes from a background and a love of open fire cooking. Priorities being big flavour, fast service and serious umami.
